Service provider

The service provider, website operator and party responsible for its own content is the legal entity identified in the operator panel. Pro-Tech IT Solutions is an operating division and brand of that entity, not a separate company. The panel states the registered name and legal form, address, VAT ID and fiscal code, Companies Register/REA details, PEC where available, legal representative and a direct electronic contact method.

Service scope

The service assists businesses and professionals with extracting foreign invoices and preparing TD17, TD18 and TD19 FatturaPA XML files. It does not provide individual tax, accounting or legal advice, replace a tax adviser, independently submit files to SdI or provide legally compliant electronic preservation unless agreed separately in writing.

Review of results

Extraction and generation are automated and may produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable data or files. Before any use, the user must verify the source document, parties, amounts, tax rates, tax nature codes, document type, numbering, dates, deadlines and technical validity. The operator does not guarantee acceptance by SdI or the tax authority. The liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property and links

The operator's software, structure, design and texts are protected under applicable law. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners. External links are provided for information and are not permanently monitored by the operator.

Contact and reports

Technical errors or unlawful content may be reported through the operator address. Do not send invoices or confidential data by email unless expressly requested through an agreed channel.
